Flat Stanley spent the day at the Getty Villa in Malibu, CA. The Getty Villa is an art museum that has beautiful gardens and architecture. It also has a great view of the Pacific Ocean. It was a beautiful sunny day!

Flat Stanley Tours Hollywood

Flat Stanley wanted to see some of the sights of Hollywood. He saw the Jim Henson studios:


He saw the very LONG line at Pink's Hot Dogs. Pink's Hot Dogs are famous in Hollywood, and people sometimes wait an hour or more in line:

Flat Stanley Drives on the Freeway

Los Angeles is famous for having very bad traffic, but Flat Stanley wanted to see for himself. He decided he didn't want to drive on the freeway after all!

Sunday is a good day for art projects, so Flat Stanley decided to help out. There was so much glue that Flat Stanley almost got stuck!

There is a bike path on the beach in Santa Monica. Flat Stanley wanted to get a closer look.
Flat Stanley wanted to go for a bike ride, but he has to get a bike helmet first!

Flat Stanley at Santa Monica Pier

Flat Stanley spent the morning at the Santa Monica Pier. The Pier is over one hundred years old.

There are many fun things to do at the Santa Monica Pier. There is an amusement park with a roller coaster, a carousel, and a Ferris wheel. There is even an aquarium at the Pier!

Flat Stanley wanted to get a closer look at this baby pineapple. Pineapples take a very long time to grow. This pineapple has been growing for 3 years and it is still a baby!
